Co-Counseling

I handle most of my cases as co-counsel with other firms or lawyers.  I’m able to participate at a reasonable percentage while playing important roles.

In class actions, I’ve handled all aspects of class litigation including defining the class, obtaining Rule 23 certification, pursuing class discovery, negotiating and documenting class settlements, and securing fee awards.  See, e.g., Common Fund Awards in Statutory Fee Cases, 18 Class Action Reports 83 (1995).  Other key issues include:
